The new roof and rendered chimneys look fabulous. Although new tiles were used they look in keeping with their surroundings, particularly important as we live in a conservation area.

  We have just moved in to our new house and desperately needed a low level beam removed. We were given the name of Andy Quick from our estate agent. This was a difficult and complex process in which Andy completed a very professional solution at a very competitive price.

  Starting with an unmodernised house that had been unoccupied for four years that had just a cold tap and three lightbulbs as its amenities plus a first floor that had never been occupied since it was built in 1884, Andy has transformed it into a stylish dwelling that is full of light and easy to run. He tackled cracks in almost every wall, total reconstruction of the lean-to – transforming it into a modern kitchen, created huge 3 metre opening in one of the thick structural walls, removed giant beams and replaced with those we do not bang our heads on, a new roof and just about everything you could imagine on a project of this scale.

  He started in October and we moved in the following February. All this, and everything done with good grace (in spite of the endless mud), command of his excellent team and a smile.
